Banadero Caves on Saipan,
these caves are the site of the last command post of the Japanese
Imperial Army, which were known as Banadero. You will find World War
II guns and cannons as well as tanks and artillery which have all been
preserved in a limestone cave. Japanese memorials commemorate those
who lost their lives during the fighting as well as acknowledging the
crucial role Saipan played in the war.
